Please arrive on time, as late arrivals cannot be refunded or guaranteed Palace access, and rescheduling fees will apply •The palace gardens are free only from November to March, with no tickets needed. There are no fountain shows during this period •The gardens close at 5:30 PM from November to March •After the tour you can stay in the palace until closing time •The gardens may close without notice due to bad weather conditions •During peak times the palace can be crowded and there may be a short wait at the group entrance •From Paris, take the train to 'Versailles Château Rive Gauche'. Be sure to purchase a Metro-Train-RER ticket (€2.50 for a standard fare or €1.25 for a reduced fare) •If you come with a wheelchair, it is mandatory to bring assistance, as the guide isn't allowed to push the chair
