Your tickets will be sent to you one day before your tour date via e-mail and WhatsApp if used.

There is no specific time for your reservations. You can use your tickets during both company's operating hours.
During the summer season the cruise is available daily with departures every 30 minutes between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM. During the winter season, departures are every 45 minutes between 10:30 AM and 9:00 PM.
Les Terrasses du Trocadéro is open every day from morning to evening (10:00 - 22:00)
