This is the perfect 2-3 hour tour for you when you first arrive: to help you get your bearings, see the icons, learn the city's fascinating history and have fun at the same time. Begin in the charming neighborhood of Saint Germain des Prés, once a meeting place for intellectuals and a bohemian hub for artists and writers. Pass cafes frequented by Ernest Hemingway and Miles Davis, see the remains of the oldest church in Paris and the Saint Sulpice church featured in The Da Vinci Code.
