•Please DO NOT go straight to the museum's entrance, meet the guide at the meeting point •Any children joining the tour must also have a ticket •There are many steps in the Louvre and wheelchairs are NOT permitted on this tour •During the summer, the Louvre is busier than usual due to the large number of visitors •There may be a wait of up to 20 minutes at the security check-in during peak season •If you are late, we will not be able to issue you with a ticket as this is a group booking •This tour is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled •Once you have exited the wings and are under the pyramid, you cannot re-enter the rooms •Please do not bring any luggage nor double baby strollers; you cannot enter the Louvre with them •If you book a cruise ticket, it will be emailed to you on the day of the tour. You can take the cruise any day and at any time after your Louvre tour •The cruise departs near the Eiffel Tower, the last boat departs around 10 PM, depending on the day season
