Each traveler is allowed a maximum luggage allowance of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions. Please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
For pickups in Paris, the driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes before departing. After this time the carrier is no longer responsible for the transfer of the client and reserves the right not to refund the client. • For arrivals to Paris, please note that from 20:00 onward, in the event that your flight has arrived more than 1 hour later than scheduled, your transfer is no longer guaranteed.
